Office 365 Email mobile outage
Many clients have been having issues with accessing their Office 365 Emails on both Android and Apple mobile devices. Microsoft are working towards a solution and even after 4-5 days they have yet to resolve the issues fully. This outage was originally reported in The Standard – over the weekend.
We have had a number of requests to reset passwords for users however this may not resolve the issue. We advise clients to access email via Outlook on their Desktop or via web: https://outlook.office.com
Users that are using the native IOS mail or Android apps are prompted to re-enter their credentials. Installing the Microsoft Outlook App may allow you to access office 365 emails on your mobiles.
If you are unaware of your email password the you can contact us and the team will reset the password.
We will update this article when Microsoft provide an explaination for the issue.
