Xero Accounts Data Backup
Xero Accounting software is one of the most successful accounting packages that businesses use to manage their accounts.
We use Xero ourselves for years and have found it to be a very robust system. We do of course recommend that you backup all data. This is where we found that Xero has limited tools that required us to look at 3rd party addons. We have partnered with Control-C to provide our clients with backup for their Xero data.
Control-C provides two levels of protection:
- Accounting backup
Providing Recoverable financial records, with Backapp data views and offline invoices outside of Xero.
- Accounting & Operations Backup
Recoverable financial records, with Backapp data views and offline invoices outside of Xero. As well as Payroll, projects and Fixed Assets.
With both solutions, we can take a daily snapshot of the accounts data. This ensures your business can operate effectively should there is an outage with Xero or you need to provide access for external Auditors without direct access to the Xero platform.
Control-C’s One Time backup option is also available and can be used where you are migrating to another accounting solution and no longer wish to subscribe to Xero.
